Equity among Health professionals toward patient centred health care service. Consistancy of SLMC is 16 Representatives from a single Trade Union.. How can expect maintaining justice and iquity of other health professionals and right of health seekers other than ensuring the Autonomy of that Trade Union.
වෛද්ය සභවේ බහුතරය වෘත්තිය සමිතියක් යටතට පත්වීම මගින්, එහි ස්වාධීනත්වය කෙලෙසෙනවා. වෘත්තීය සමිතියක්, තම වෘත්තිකයින් ගැන පමණක් සිතමින්, ආර්ත්මාර්තයෙන් කටයුතු කීරිම සාමාන්යක් වුවද, වෛද්ය සභාවට කිසිසේත් එසේ කටයුතු කල නොහැකියි. එහි, සෑම සෞඛ්ය වෘත්තිකයෙකු සදහාම පිලිගත හැකි පාළණ ව්යුහයක් තිබිය යුතුයි. ඒ සදහා අනෙක් සෞඛ්ය වෘත්තීන්ටද ඉතා සුළු ඉඩකඩක් හෝ පැවතිය යුතුයි.
